Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from conception to launch, making significant impacts and introducing new products/features worldwide. We foster close collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional features and products.

About the role:

Seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives end-to-end, with a focus on creating and managing a cutting-edge platform that transforms financial processes. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful changes and introduce products/features globally. You'll collaborate closely with various team members to deliver exceptional products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
• Collaborate closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user research, and oversee product development cycles to deliver products in a timely manner
• Conduct customer interviews to understand their needs and ensure product alignment
• Prioritize projects effectively and evaluate necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
• Act as a representative for the team in cross-functional communications
• Manage specific features within a product line

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience; knowledge of Crypto payments is advantageous
• Data-informed approach focused on user empathy
• Strong passion for developing customer-centric products and experiences
• Experience in successfully launching and refining Software or Financial products on a large scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, taking proactive initiatives and delivering outcomes
• Effective collaboration with diverse teams including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
• Detail-oriented and eager to expand knowledge base
• Approach work with humility and foster collaborative environment
• Ability to comprehend technical concepts and incorporate them into product strategies is preferred
