Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
- Collaborate closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-tier features
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user research, and oversee product development cycles to deliver products in a timely manner
- Conduct customer interviews to understand their needs and ensure product alignment
- Prioritize projects effectively and evaluate necessary tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions
- Act as a representative for the team in cross-functional communications
- Manage specific features within a product line
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years of product management experience; knowledge of Crypto payments is advantageous
- Data-informed approach focused on user empathy
- Strong passion for developing customer-centric products and experiences
- Experience in successfully launching and refining Software or Financial products on a large scale
- Demonstrated leadership skills, taking proactive initiatives and delivering outcomes
- Effective collaboration with diverse teams including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
- Detail-oriented and eager to expand knowledge base
