About the Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing

• Researching to identify leading international projects in NFTs, DeFi, and growth tools.
• Conducting competitor analysis and market research to enhance product performance.
• Identifying cutting-edge projects and developing product strategies to attract new users.
• Designing decentralized peer-to-peer products, organizing the delivery of new features, and enhancing product positioning.
• Developing innovative Web3 growth tools for user needs.
• Gathering feedback and presenting ideas for product enhancement.
• Collaborating with the development team to ensure timely project completion.

What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proven ability to develop product strategies and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of DeFi and Blockchain trends, ability to respond to market shifts promptly.
• Passion for Crypto, DeFi, and NFTs, demonstrating a strong learning ability and strategic thinking.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFT platforms, Web3 growth tools, and trending growth mechanisms.
• Experience in smart contracts and blockchain programming preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
