Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the team’s roadmap, milestones, and priorities aligned with strategic objectives
- Define product requirements, coordinate with cross-functional teams to release derivative products promptly, and ensure adherence to test plans
- Conduct user studies, engage with customers to understand and address their needs, and iterate based on feedback
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities, analyze the competitive landscape in the derivatives market, and inform product strategy
- Utilize user insights and data analytics to prioritize product features and make informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and risk management principles in derivatives products, collaborating with legal and compliance teams
- Manage specific features within the derivatives product line and maintain the backlog effectively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or relevant field
- Proven experience in product management within the financial services industry, focusing on derivatives products
- Strong knowledge of investment asset classes, derivatives instruments including options, futures, swaps, and their applications in financial markets
- Experience in successfully launching and improving software or financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to achieving results
- Data-driven decision-making approach with a user-centric perspective
- Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
