About the Role
Join the OKX Web3 product team and play a pivotal role in enabling users to access the DeFi world through a multi-chain EVM compatible, self-custodial wallet experience on our OKX superapp. Our Web3 platform is a secure interface for managing digital assets within the Web3 multi-chain wallet, providing real-time liquidity through DEX aggregation. As part of our team, you will contribute to building high-quality smart contracts and high-yield products, while also participating in the decentralized marketplace, including NFTs. Responsibilities
Lead research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator, including creating comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and associated documentation.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing to successfully implement and launch the DEX aggregator project.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, including developing and monitoring data analysis indicators. Regularly analyze daily data to gain insights and optimize product performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 1-3 years of professional product management experience. A background in finance and computer science is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies. Previous experience as an active user of the DeFi ecosystem is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for collaborating with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
Strong ownership mentality and effective project management skills.
Key competencies include project management, a keen sense of user experience, familiarity with user growth strategies, and a deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.

Senior Blockchain Engineer
Protocol Core: Development and optimization of L2-settlement logic on Solidity/Yul.
Bridge Security: Designing secure cross-chain gateways with protection against double spending and reorgs.
Node Infrastructure: Optimizing the interaction of node validators with the EVM stack.
Gas Engineering: Extreme cost reduction for publishing data in L1 (Deneb/Cancun-ready).
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of Solidity (0.8.20+) and Assembly (Yul).
Experience working with Foundry (Fuzzing/Invariants) and understanding the architecture of OP Stack or Arbitrum Orbit.

Senior Blockchain Engineer
DApp & Smart Contract Developer (Vesting Platform)
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, values clean and secure code, and understands the nuances of blockchain-based application architecture.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve issues in vesting smart contracts and their front-end integrations.
Implement new features and system enhancements to improve UX and overall platform performance.
Maintain smooth interaction between the web interface and deployed smart contracts.
Conduct testing, audits, and deployments across testnet and mainnet environments.
Optimize contract logic for performance, security, and gas efficiency.

Requirements
Proven experience building full-stack decentralized applications.

Project Scope
This role supports a short-to-mid-term initiative focused on stabilizing and enhancing an existing crypto vesting platform. High-performing developers may have opportunities for ongoing collaboration across additional blockchain and product engineering projects.
