Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Experience)

Job summary: Our Product Management team takes charge of product initiatives from the very beginning, sets the roadmap priorities, and sees through execution, resulting in impactful launches of products/features worldwide. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams is integral to deliver outstanding features and products.

About the role: Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role provides a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to orchestrate and oversee an industry-changing platform that revolutionizes the handling of finances. You will drive impact and roll out products/features globally, working closely with diverse teams to deliver exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, executing, and maintenance of the Exchange’s Experience roadmap, with a focus on:
• Building top-tier trading UX/UI, tailored for advanced retail traders
• Dual-channel capability, emphasizing mobile app experiences along with websites
• Implement event tracking for actionable funnel analytics and CRM features
• Develop dashboard views for analyzing product performance data
• Define new features and product outcomes through detailed specs and requirement documentation
• Collaborate with feature teams to steer product direction and manage feature team(s)
• Co-manage and prioritize the product backlog for timely product development
• Conduct user studies for product feedback, collaborate across teams for successful product integration
• Stay informed about the market and technology trends
• Act as the key representative for cross-functional team communications

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of product management experience, ideally in Crypto trading/exchange platforms domain
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making practices with user-centric principles
• Strong passion for building customer-centric products
• Background in shipping and iterating successful software/financial products on a large scale
• Demonstrated leadership, self-initiative, and result-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of API usage, with an eagerness to learn and improve
• Demonstrated humility in work and professional relationships
• Preferred ability to understand and apply technical concepts for product development.
