Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from the initial stages, prioritizing the roadmap, and overseeing project execution for product launches and feature implementations across our global reach. About the role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from conceptualization to implementation. This role offers a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to design and oversee the management of a transformative platform that revolutionizes financial transactions. Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Exchange's Experience roadmap with a focus on establishing a world-class user experience.
- Develop and optimize trading UX/UI and workflows for the advanced retail trader segment.
- Ensure seamless multi-channel capabilities, with a primary emphasis on enhancing mobile app experiences.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes by setting up event tracking for funnel analytics and CRM enhancements.
- Create dashboard views to offer analytical insights on product performance.
- Define features and product outcomes by documenting detailed product specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with feature teams to steer product development and ensure continuous improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to implement technical solutions and with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive testing.
- Manage the product roadmap backlog and oversee product development with the team.
- Engage with business and sales teams to gather user feedback and prioritize requirements effectively.
- Stay informed about market and industry trends and represent the domain in cross-functional communications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably in Crypto trading or exchange platforms.
- Strong data-oriented work style with a user-centric approach.
- Passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
- Proven track record of shipping and enhancing successful software or financial products.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, proactive approach, and ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
