Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Experience)

About the role: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This role presents a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to shape and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes the financial industry. You will drive impactful product launches across our global presence and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products and features.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the Exchange’s Experience roadmap, focusing on creating a world-class user experience, data-driven decision-making, and enhancing value throughout the organization.
• Design and optimize trading UX/UI for an advanced retail trader segment across multiple channels with a focus on mobile.
• Implement event tracking for analytics and CRM capabilities and develop analytical dashboards to evaluate product performance.
• Drive the development of Retail Product Suite components such as Spot and Derivatives trading, Trading Bots, and more.
• Define features and product outcomes by documenting detailed specifications and requirements, and make necessary trade-offs for optimal results.
• Collaborate with feature teams, provide direction, and oversee feature team(s) progress adhering to Scrum model.
• Co-manage the product roadmap backlog, ensuring timely delivery of products/features and seeking continuous improvements.
• Engage with business and sales teams to gather product feedback, and collaborate with marketing, growth, and CRM teams for successful product adoption.
• Stay informed about market trends, and represent product domain in communications with cross-functional teams.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably with domain knowledge in Crypto trading/exchange platforms.
• Data-informed work style with a user-centric approach and a passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products.
• Experience in shipping and enhancing successful software or financial products at scale.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and ability to produce results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Proficiency in API usage, willingness to learn, and aptitude for technical concepts.
• Approach tasks with humility and openness to learning new things.
