Our Product Management team takes charge of product initiatives from conception to execution, contributing significantly to the launch of products and features worldwide. We work collaboratively with a variety of team members to deliver outstanding features and products.
About the role: We are seeking a Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from creation to implementation. This role presents a unique opportunity for a visionary individual to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes how we manage finances. The selected candidate will have the chance to drive impact by introducing products/features on a global scale, working closely with various team members to deliver exceptional products and features.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the Exchange’s Experience roadmap towards achieving a leading user interface.
- Optimize trading User Experience (UX/UI) for the advanced retail trader segment.
- Enable funnel analytics and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities through event tracking.
- Establish dashboard views for in-depth product performance analysis.
- Drive value across the organization by enhancing retail product offerings.
- Provide detailed product specifications and requirements, considering necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes.
- Manage one or more feature teams, guiding them towards continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with delivery management and lead engineers for technical solutions.
- Own and oversee product areas, shipping products and features promptly.
- Conduct client meetings and interviews for user feedback, iterate based on feedback to prioritize user needs.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure successful product adoption.
- Stay abreast of market and industry trends.
- Represent the domain in cross-functional team communications.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of product management experience, with expertise in Crypto trading/exchange platforms.
- Data-informed approach with a focus on user empathy.
- Passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products and experiences.
- Track record of shipping and iterating successful software or financial products at scale.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to produce results independently.
- Effective communicator with the capacity to connect with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of API usage.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new concepts.
- Should possess humility in their work and interactions with others.
- Ability to comprehend technical concepts and apply them is preferred.

Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication

Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
