About the role: We seek a skilled Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Exchange’s Experience roadmap, emphasizing the following:
- Developing a leading user experience with top-notch trading UX/UI for advanced retail traders
- Implementing multi-channel capabilities, with a primary focus on mobile app experience
- Utilize data-driven decision-making practices by setting up event tracking for analytics and CRM functions
- Enhance funnel metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness at each stage
- Construct dashboard views for insightful product performance analysis
- Contribute value across the organization notably within the Retail Product Suite
- Product and feature definition, involving detailed specifications and acceptance criteria documentation
- Oversee feature teams to provide direction and facilitate continuous enhancement
- Collaborate closely with delivery management and engineering teams on technical solutions
- Manage backlog, owning the product areas developed with the team
- Engage with business and sales teams to gather product feedback through user studies and client meetings
- Leverage user feedback for product prioritization and work with other teams to enhance adoption
- Stay updated on market and industry trends and represent the product domain in interactions with cross-functional teams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years product management experience, particularly in Crypto trading/exchange platforms
- Data-informed approach with a user-centric focus
- Passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products
- History of successfully launching and refining software or financial products at scale
- Strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and ability to deliver results
- Effective communicator with the capability to cooperate with various teams
- Sound understanding of API usage and willingness to adapt to technical concepts
- Demonstrated diligence and eagerness to learn
- Ability to collaborate humbly and effectively with colleagues in different roles
