Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Mobile App Experience)

Our Product Management team facilitates the development of product initiatives right from the concept stage to implementation. They drive product impacts and successfully launch products and features globally. Close collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members is essential to deliver exceptional products and features.

About the role: We seek a skilled Product Manager/Senior Product Manager to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Exchange’s Experience roadmap, emphasizing the following:
  • Developing a leading user experience with top-notch trading UX/UI for advanced retail traders
  • Implementing multi-channel capabilities, with a primary focus on mobile app experience
• Utilize data-driven decision-making practices by setting up event tracking for analytics and CRM functions
• Enhance funnel metrics to evaluate strategy effectiveness at each stage
• Construct dashboard views for insightful product performance analysis
• Contribute value across the organization notably within the Retail Product Suite
• Product and feature definition, involving detailed specifications and acceptance criteria documentation
• Oversee feature teams to provide direction and facilitate continuous enhancement
• Collaborate closely with delivery management and engineering teams on technical solutions
• Manage backlog, owning the product areas developed with the team
• Engage with business and sales teams to gather product feedback through user studies and client meetings
• Leverage user feedback for product prioritization and work with other teams to enhance adoption
• Stay updated on market and industry trends and represent the product domain in interactions with cross-functional teams

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years product management experience, particularly in Crypto trading/exchange platforms
• Data-informed approach with a user-centric focus
• Passion for developing exceptional customer-facing products
• History of successfully launching and refining software or financial products at scale
• Strong leadership skills, proactive attitude, and ability to deliver results
• Effective communicator with the capability to cooperate with various teams
• Sound understanding of API usage and willingness to adapt to technical concepts
• Demonstrated diligence and eagerness to learn
• Ability to collaborate humbly and effectively with colleagues in different roles
