Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Mobile App Experience)

• Our Product Management team plays a pivotal role in driving product initiatives from the early stages of planning, prioritization of roadmaps, to the final execution and launch of products and features across a global scale. We work closely with a diverse range of professionals including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver outstanding features and products to the market.

About the role: We seek a skilled Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from ideation to execution. Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of the Experience roadmap, with a focus on creating a top-tier user experience for advanced retail traders segment
• Develop and enhance trading UX/UI and workflow for optimal user engagement, primarily concentrating on mobile app experience
• Implement event tracking for insightful funnel analytics and setting up CRM capabilities
• Create dashboards to provide analytical insights on product performance
• Define features and product outcomes, document detailed specifications and requirements, and identify necessary trade-offs for optimal results
• Manage and provide direction for feature teams, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to the Scrum model
• Own the product areas by managing roadmap backlogs, actively leading the product development process, and shipping products/features in a timely manner
• Engage with business and sales teams to gather user feedback and drive successful product adoption
• Stay updated on market and industry trends to inform product decisions and strategies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in Crypto trading/exchange platforms
• Proficiency in data-informed decision-making with a user-centric approach
• Passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Prior experience in launching successful software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, proactiveness, and ability to produce results
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different teams efficiently
• Understanding of API usage and technical concepts
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges with humility and a positive attitude
• Preference for individuals with a good grasp of technical concepts and their applications.
