Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to take charge of the advanced trading user experience for professional and institutional traders across web and mobile platforms. Your responsibility is to ensure that the advanced trading feature is fast, precise, and visually appealing. This role involves managing the roadmap, developing sophisticated trading tools, maintaining high design standards, gathering trader feedback, and coordinating cross-functional teams to implement product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the advanced trading UX roadmap for web and mobile interfaces, ensuring the highest product and UX quality standards.
• Design and implement trading tools and workflows tailored for power users, prioritizing outcomes over features.
• Uphold strict design standards by providing detailed UX feedback and actively participating in design reviews.
• Create wireframes and collaborate in design tools like Figma to maintain cohesive design principles.
• Conduct user research and engage with the trading community to understand user behaviors and preferences.
• Use the platform regularly to identify areas of improvement and translate user feedback into actionable tasks.
• Foster collaboration among engineering, design, data, and operations teams to achieve set objectives and streamline product development.

Requirements:

• Have at least 4 years of experience managing complex product surfaces, particularly in fintech or trading domains.
• Possess a strong design sensibility and can enhance UI/UX quality with specific critiques.
• Demonstrate a track record of delivering design-centric products that users appreciate.
• Familiarity with trading concepts and market dynamics, or willingness to learn these aspects quickly.
• Show empathy towards daily traders and prioritize user experience in decision-making.
• Able to independently analyze and prioritize data to inform product decisions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience in crypto trading.
• Previous work in exchange or advanced trading platform product management.
• Understanding of institutional or professional trading workflows.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and design system concepts.

Compensation: Between $180,000 to $230,000 per year.
