Senior Product Manager (Fiat)

Our Product Management team is seeking Senior Product Managers to lead the development and execution of product initiatives. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strategic vision to oversee a revolutionary platform that transforms how we handle financial matters. You will have the chance to make a significant impact and launch products and features on a global scale. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, you will contribute to the delivery of exceptional products and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic priorities.
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, collaborate on test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Engage in interviews and interactions with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met.
• Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects, considering tradeoffs that may be required.
• Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
• Represent the team in communications with cross-functional teams.
• Manage specific features within a product line and provide guidance to Associate Product Managers.

Requirements

• Analytical approach with a focus on user satisfaction.
• Strong passion for constructing customer-centric products and experiences.
• Track record of successfully launching and iterating on large-scale software or financial products.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, taking initiative and achieving tangible outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Humble attitude towards work and interpersonal relationships.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management.
