About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead and execute the product growth strategy for our Crypto Exchange platform catering to advanced traders. This pivotal role involves managing the entire product growth loop, focusing on user activation, retention, and key business metrics like trading volume and revenue.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the growth roadmap, defining and prioritizing product roadmap for specific growth areas across web and mobile platforms.
- Leading hypothesis creation and experimentation activities, driving product experiments to achieve measurable improvements in core growth KPIs.
- Optimizing key user journeys to enhance conversion rates, reduce drop-offs, and accelerate user engagement.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into prioritized growth features.
- Leveraging advanced analytics to identify product opportunities, segment users effectively, and predict the impact of new growth initiatives.
- Developing features to increase user engagement, stickiness, and overall Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a Growth PM role for a consumer product.
- Proficiency in leveraging A/B testing frameworks and quantitative methods to drive significant improvements in growth metrics.
- Strong background in fintech, crypto, or exchange platforms with a solid grasp of user lifecycle dynamics.
- Advanced skills in SQL and analytical tools for extracting and interpreting complex behavioral data.
- Ability to think strategically, define a product vision, and execute in a fast-paced global setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
