Senior Product Manager, Growth (Exchange)

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives, starting from concept creation and roadmap prioritization to execution and global product/feature launches. We work closely with various teams like engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver outstanding features and products.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the growth strategy for our Crypto Exchange platform, catering to advanced traders. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the product growth loop from user activation and retention to driving core business metrics like trading volume and revenue. This position offers a unique opportunity for a data-focused leader to develop and expand the growth engine for a prominent global crypto trading platform.

Job Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product roadmap for specific growth areas across web and mobile platforms.
• Lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance core growth metrics through hypothesis generation, testing, and analysis.
• Optimize key user journeys to improve conversion rates and user retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with business objectives.
• Utilize advanced analytics and user data to identify growth opportunities and evaluate the impact of new initiatives.
• Develop features aimed at increasing user engagement, stickiness, and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV).

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years in a Growth PM role for a consumer product.
• Expertise in A/B testing and quantitative methods to drive improvements in growth metrics.
• Background in fintech, crypto, or exchange platforms with a strong understanding of user lifecycle and monetization strategies.
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced analytics for data analysis.
• Strong strategic thinking ability and the capacity to execute in a fast-paced global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field.
