(Senior) Product Manager, Margin Backend

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the product roadmap for Margin backend systems, focusing on Unified Trading Account (UTA) capabilities.
• Enhance core logic for margin calculations, leverage, risk management, and liquidation processes.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to create robust and scalable backend systems.
• Simplify complex margin and risk requirements into clear technical specifications and system flows.
• Implement system optimizations to boost accuracy, stability, speed, and margin efficiency.
• Ensure seamless implementation of unified account experiences in collaboration with various teams.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and continuous optimization.

Requirements

• Open to individuals at varying experience levels, with preference for those with trading systems background rather than product experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Margin, Futures, Perpetual swaps, and Derivatives products.
• Background in technical or quantitative fields, such as Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Capability to grasp trading algorithms, risk methodologies, and translate them into product requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin preferred for effective communication with global stakeholders.
