Senior Product Manager (Marketplace)

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading the global expansion of the P2P fiat product on the user portal, including devising product strategies that align with business objectives.
• Crafting and updating the product roadmap for the P2P marketplace on the user portal, setting milestones, and prioritizing backlog items according to penetration plans in different international markets.
• Spearheading the global release of products and features, overseeing beta initiatives by defining product specifications, and collaborating with design, engineering, and business teams.
• Gathering and organizing customer feedback, conducting user studies to develop user portal products that address customer preferences and requirements.
• Conducting market research, analyzing data from various regions, and collaborating with overseas and local teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in launching and managing large-scale global product development cycles, with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong technical background preferred.
• Proficient in determining customer needs, iterating prototypes, and making data-driven decisions to optimize products.
• Familiarity with conducting in-depth user interviews, analyzing traffic and internal data to enhance UX/UI in user portals.
• Ability to articulate product requirements clearly, collaborate with engineers for successful delivery, and solve problems effectively.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of managing projects efficiently, adhering to schedules, and collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in app product management, particularly in e-commerce or peer-to-peer products for internet companies.
• Knowledge of Web 3 and DeFi ecosystem, protocols, and platforms.
• Background in AML and risk control modeling is advantageous.
