About the Role

Our Trading Product Group spearheads the development of all products featured on our derivatives trading exchange, covering spot trading, spot margin, futures, leveraged tokens, and trading options.

We are in search of a junior trading product manager to join our social trading team. The chosen candidate will oversee the construction and execution of our product, collaborating with the product team to shape product strategy, identify market prospects, design captivating trading products, and establish the Trader Ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive competitor and user research within the crypto social trading sector to grasp user requirements and market trends. Offer constructive input for business growth and shape medium to short-term business strategies.
• Engage in the design of trading and copy trading systems' underlying mechanisms, continually enhancing and refining the copy trading model based on special product attributes and requirements to enhance overall performance.
• Work closely with the product development team to craft and implement specific product features, driving product enhancement and user growth.

Requirements

• Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at teamwork coupled with strong logical thinking skills.
• Possess a keen curiosity and the ability to swiftly grasp intricate details in new domains.
• Experienced in backend product design, ideally with a background in designing trading systems.
• Skilled at identifying user growth demands, coordinating between departments to address issues and meet objectives, and refining resource deployment.
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance evaluation metrics.
• Ability to innovate engagement strategies creatively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of trading products, particularly in crypto trading and crypto influencers (KOL).
• Prior experience in the user experience design of trading financial products, such as crypto, stocks, funds, forex, futures, and options, is advantageous.
