Description
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives end-to-end, making significant impacts, and launching products/features worldwide. We work collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.
We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from concept to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a forward-thinking mindset to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform revolutionizing how we handle finances. As a Product Manager, you will have the chance to drive meaningful changes and introduce products/features on a global scale through close collaboration with various team members.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap with strategic priorities in mind
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, craft test plans, manage the backlog, and deliver products/features in a timely manner
- Engage with customers through interviews to understand their needs and ensure they are met
- Prioritize initiatives and projects considering necessary tradeoffs
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Act as the team's representative in communications with cross-functional teams
- Manage specific features within a product line
Requirements:

- Experience in launching and refining successful software or financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and a track record of producing results
