(Senior)Product Manager, Sports

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives end-to-end, making significant impacts, and launching products/features worldwide. We work collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional team members to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives from concept to completion. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with a forward-thinking mindset to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform revolutionizing how we handle finances. As a Product Manager, you will have the chance to drive meaningful changes and introduce products/features on a global scale through close collaboration with various team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the team’s roadmap with strategic priorities in mind
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, craft test plans, manage the backlog, and deliver products/features in a timely manner
• Engage with customers through interviews to understand their needs and ensure they are met
• Prioritize initiatives and projects considering necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as the team's representative in communications with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within a product line

Requirements:

• Work style based on data insights and user empathy
• Passion for building exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Experience in launching and refining successful software or financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, and a track record of producing results
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various team members, including designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Ideally, knowledgeable in retail trading or gamification
• Approach work with humility and demonstrate collaborative behavior
