(Senior)Product Manager, Sports
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from conception through implementation, leading to the launch of products/features globally. We work collaboratively with various team members to deliver exceptional features and products.
We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives from start to finish. This role presents a unique chance for individuals with a forward-thinking mindset to architect and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes the financial industry. The role involves driving impact, launching products/features on a worldwide scale, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and strategic priorities
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, refine feedback, formulate test plans, maintain the backlog, and successfully deliver products/features in a timely manner
- Engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
- Prioritize projects effectively considering necessary trade-offs
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Act as the liaison between the team and other cross-functional groups
- Manage specific features within a product line
Requirements
- Utilize a data-informed work approach with a focus on user perspectives
- Demonstrate dedication to building exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
- Proven experience in successfully launching and iterating on Software or Financial products at scale
- Display leadership qualities, take initiative, and achieve tangible outcomes
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Preferably possess domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification
- Exhibit humility in work interactions and collaborations
