(Senior) Product Manager, Sports

Our Product Management team is responsible for steering product initiatives from ideation to launch, bringing about significant impacts and introducing products and features on a global scale. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams is integral to our process to release exceptional products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and upkeep the team's roadmap, milestones, and manage dependencies aligning with strategic priorities
• Conceptualize features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, contribute to test plans with QA, handle backlog management, and ensure timely product releases
• Engage in interviews and interactions with customers to cultivate empathy and ensure their requirements are fulfilled
• Appropriately prioritize projects and initiatives evaluating necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Serve as the team's representative in communications across cross-functional verticals
• Manage specific features within product lines
• Establish yourself as an internal sports expert within the company

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of sports domain is a prerequisite
• Previous work experience in sports is desirable
• Possess a data-informed work approach with a user-centric focus
• Demonstrate a passion for developing customer-friendly products and experiences
• Experience in executing and refining successful software or financial products at scale
• Display leadership skills, proactiveness, and ability to deliver results
• Proficiency in collaborating with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
