About the Role:

Lead the design and operation of structured options products like Dual Investment, Snowball, and Shark Fin structures.
Collaborate with Quant and Market Maker teams to define product rules and parameters.
Enhance pricing parameters and yield structures for existing structured products to improve competitiveness and user returns.
Adjust launch strategies based on market conditions for optimized Total Value Locked (TVL) and conversion rates.
Drive cross-functional product delivery from concept to release, adhering to agile principles.
Coordinate with various teams to achieve product milestones effectively.

Requirements:
- Hold 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management within financial products.

We are expanding globally and are looking for motivated Business Development & Marketing Representatives to help grow the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Promote awareness of the UTOPOS ecosystem.
Introduce individuals, communities, and businesses to UTOP.
Build relationships with blockchain communities, influencers, and strategic partners.
Generate qualified leads for partnerships and business opportunities.
Identify merchant adoption opportunities.
Assist with community growth across social media and Web3 platforms.
Represent UTOPOS professionally in online and offline communities.
Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Representatives earn commissions in UTOP based on qualified business generated for the UTOPOS ecosystem. Commission terms will be provided during onboarding and are paid only after qualifying milestones have been successfully completed.
Top performers may be offered long-term positions and leadership opportunities as UTOPOS expands globally.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or Web3.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Ability to work independently.
Existing crypto or business network is a plus but not required.
