(Senior)Product Manager, Trading

Our Product Management team plays a crucial role in driving product initiatives from start to finish, making a significant impact and launching products/features globally. We work closely with various cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking dedicated Product Managers to lead product initiatives from inception to execution. This position offers a unique opportunity to architect and oversee an innovative platform that revolutionizes financial processes. Responsibilities include driving impact, launching products/features globally, and collaborating extensively with multiple teams to deliver outstanding products.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligned with strategic priorities
• Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, manage backlogs, and ensure timely product launches
• Engage with customers to build empathy and ensure their needs are met
• Prioritize projects effectively and make necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as the team's representative in communication with cross-functional teams
• Manage specific features within a product line

Job Requirements

• Data-informed work style focused on user empathy
• Passion for building exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Experience in successfully shipping and iterating Software or Financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative-taking, and results-driven approach
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various team members
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Preferred domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification
• Approach work with humility and foster collaborative relationships
