(Senior)Product Manager, Trading

• Our Product Management team leads product initiatives from concept to implementation, driving impacts and introducing products/features on a global scale. Collaboration with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams is vital to deliver exceptional features and products.

We are seeking Product Managers to spearhead product initiatives from creation to execution. This role offers a unique chance for someone with a visionary outlook to design and oversee a platform that revolutionizes the financial landscape. You will have the opportunity to create influence and launch products/features worldwide, working closely with diverse team members to deliver outstanding features and products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the team's roadmap with strategic priorities in focus
• Define features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, collaborate on test plans, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product shipments
• Engage with customers to cultivate empathy and ensure their needs are addressed
• Prioritize projects appropriately, considering necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and analysis
• Act as a key representative for the team in cross-functional communications
• Manage specific features within product lines

Job Requirements

• A data-informed approach in tandem with a user-centered perspective
• A passion for creating exceptional customer-facing products and experiences
• Experience in successfully launching and refining Software or Financial products at scale
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, ability to take initiative, and drive results
• Strong collaboration skills with various team members such as designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Preference for domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification
• Demonstrate humility in your work and collaborative efforts
