Senior Product Manager, Trading
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from conception to execution, making significant impacts, and launching products and features globally. Working collaboratively with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional teams, we aim to deliver remarkable features and products.
We are seeking Product Managers to lead product initiatives throughout the development process. This role presents a unique opportunity for someone with a forward-thinking mindset to architect and oversee an innovative platform that revolutionizes the financial landscape. The successful candidate will have the chance to drive impact and introduce products and features on a global scale while partnering closely with various team members to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Define features, create product specifications, conduct user studies, iterate based on feedback, assist in outlining test plans with QA, manage the backlog, and ensure timely product launches.
- Engage with customers through interviews to establish empathy and ensure their needs are addressed.
- Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively, considering tradeoffs that may arise.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform product decisions.
- Act as the representative of the team in communication with cross-functional groups.
- Manage specific features within a product line.
Job Requirements
- Employ a data-driven approach in conjunction with a user-centric perspective.
- Exhibit a passion for crafting engaging customer-facing products and experiences.
- Possess previous experience in launching and iterating successful software or financial products at scale.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, initiative, and a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, marketing, compliance, and growth teams.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ideally have direct experience with crypto and/or perpetuals development, as well as knowledge of stocks/tokenized stocks and options.
- Preferred domain knowledge in retail trading or gamification.
- Approach work with humility and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in AI tools with a human-in-the-loop approach is a requirement.
Salary offered: $180,000 - $220,000 annually
