Senior Product Manager - User Journey

Job Summary:

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including data analysts and project managers, to develop scalable data systems and analyze user onboarding processes, optimizing product performance and strategy.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of user lifecycle and activation to derive actionable insights for product iteration using data mining techniques.

• Define key metrics, identify areas for improvement, lead AB testing processes, and optimize product features.

• Engage with other product teams to create and execute user segmentation strategies to enhance conversion rates.

Desired Skills:

• Possess 6+ years of experience in either user activation or user lifecycle domains.

• Demonstrate strong curiosity and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in utilizing product analytics tools and event-based analytics.

• Passion for cryptocurrency and advancements in blockchain technology.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a knack for translating insights into actionable plans.

• Experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning libraries.

• Knowledge in utilizing AI to integrate various products and strategies would be advantageous.
