Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for Web-related requests, ensuring successful releases.
- Utilize expertise in cryptocurrency processes and blockchain technology to enhance products.
- Design and oversee compliance-related features in line with global regulatory standards.
- Analyze user feedback to improve product features and enhance user experience continually.
- Employ A/B testing and data-driven insights to evaluate feature performance and suggest enhancements.
- Monitor key conversion metrics closely, identifying issues through data analysis and providing recommendations.
- Prepare and present regular product data reports, offering strategic insights for product development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience within crypto or blockchain sectors.
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas effectively.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin to coordinate effectively with global partners.
