About the Opportunity

As a member of the team, you will be part of our Web3 product team, which enables users to connect to the world of decentralized finance through a secure and user-friendly experience in our OKX superapp. Our Web3 platform is a trusted interface for managing digital assets within the Web3 multi-chain wallet. It also provides real-time liquidity through the aggregation of decentralized exchanges (DEXs) and offers high-quality smart contracts and high-yield products. What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and execute a product roadmap that offers the best user experience while complying with global regulatory requirements.
- Design and oversee the development of core product modules.
- Define and analyze metrics to drive product development decisions.
- Collaborate with designers and engineers to develop detailed product specifications and lead global product launches and beta programs.
- Plan, organize, and launch new products and features based on our global vision and user experience.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay informed about the overall market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.
What We Look For In You:
- Experience in product development and growth.
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive research in the blockchain market to derive valuable product insights and identify emerging trends.
- Prior experience in Crypto Wallet Product and/or DeFi portal product implementation.
- Familiarity with global and local markets, with the ability to launch products for global audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, an experimental mindset, and a strong team spirit.
- Ability to understand and assess engineering, design, and schedule tradeoffs, while managing product backlogs with a prioritization mindset.
- Passion for crypto and blockchain innovations.
- A keen eye for good design and user experience.
Nice to Haves:
- Familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
- Knowledge of Crypto Wallet Product and on-chain transaction details.
- Understanding of the DeFi ecosystem and contract interaction details.
