About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity awaits as a part of our Product Innovation & Strategy team focusing on Centralized Finance (CeFi). Leading the charge in Crypto Trading innovation, this team comprised of researchers, strategists, and program managers is committed to staying ahead of market and technology trends. By anticipating market shifts and crafting user-centric solutions, we aim to revolutionize cryptocurrency trading globally for an unparalleled user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting CeFi product directors/leaders in project management efforts by developing streamlined processes, best practices, and identifying key issues affecting product development.
• Driving alignment across CeFi product teams in project management to ensure coherence, goal breakdown, and close linkages with company objectives.
• Acting as a project management liaison across CeFi product teams to ensure meticulous management of timelines, objectives, and resources.
• Leveraging tech tools like Jira and Confluence for effective documentation and communication of product initiatives within product teams.
• Utilizing a data-driven approach to gauge performance across the CeFi Product team and drive positive outcomes.

What We Look For In You

• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in leading global companies, showcasing proficiency in scaling product teams through robust project management practices.
• Ideally from a reputable educational institution, evident by a degree from a top university or distinguished business school.
• Profound knowledge of backend systems and technical implementations.
• Strong communication skills, adept at conflict resolution, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and resource prioritization.
• Comfortable in ambiguous scenarios, results-focused, data-centric, and highly detail-oriented.

• Experience in AI & Blockchain technologies.
• Familiarity with Web3/Crypto trading, both professionally and personally.
