What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting CeFi product directors/leaders in project management efforts by developing streamlined processes, best practices, and identifying key issues affecting product development.
- Driving alignment across CeFi product teams in project management to ensure coherence, goal breakdown, and close linkages with company objectives.
- Acting as a project management liaison across CeFi product teams to ensure meticulous management of timelines, objectives, and resources.
- Leveraging tech tools like Jira and Confluence for effective documentation and communication of product initiatives within product teams.
- Utilizing a data-driven approach to gauge performance across the CeFi Product team and drive positive outcomes.
What We Look For In You
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in leading global companies, showcasing proficiency in scaling product teams through robust project management practices.
- Ideally from a reputable educational institution, evident by a degree from a top university or distinguished business school.
- Profound knowledge of backend systems and technical implementations.
