Your responsibilities:

Circle seeks a Senior Program Manager, Research (RPM) to invigorate the impact of our research teams. As the RPM, you will set the framework, conduct operational and team-wide programs, establish and enlarge research recruitment processes supporting team expansion. This role mandates experience in project, program, and recruiting management, alongside a comprehensive understanding of research's role in product design and development.

Key areas you'll focus on:

  • Spearheading initiatives to enhance team efficacy and impact through operational enhancements
  • Cultivating a culture of user research
  • Collaborating and aligning with stakeholders to enhance research team efficiency and documentation
  • Supporting research strategies through collaboration with researchers and cross-functional teams
  • Offering recruitment strategies to engage target audiences effectively
  • Collaborating with various teams to uphold and administer participant databases for research
  • Setting up recruiting frameworks to target the appropriate audience
  • Establishing expertise in research ops management
  • Contributing to evolving UX practices and processes in alignment with our growth, supporting technological enhancement across product squads through varied research methodologies.

Qualifications you bring to Circle:

  • Possession of at least 7 years in research and participant management or a similar applicable field
  • Executing operational programs end-to-end, ensuring scalability for growth
  • Building meaningful relationships with peers, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Leading participant recruiting efforts efficiently
  • Strong communication skills tailored for diverse stakeholders
  • Mentoring and guiding fellow researchers and engaging in cross-business impact
  • Proficiency in metrics and reporting for scheduling and candidate experience evaluation.
  • Knowledge/experience in finance, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Educational background in Bachelors, Masters, or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
Lead performance analytics and reporting
Set up tracking, build dashboards, define KPIs per KOL, cohort, channel, and campaign, manage UTM and on-chain attribution, run A/B tests, and translate data into actionable growth decisions.
Optimize campaign performance
Track paid, token-based, and performance-based partnerships, evaluate ROI, identify growth opportunities, and improve conversion from community attention to measurable results.
Support Web3 growth strategy
Contribute to campaign planning around NFT mints, token-related activations, whitelist campaigns, community growth, and player acquisition.
Requirements
Crypto/Web3 experience is a hard requirement
You have personally worked on or launched projects involving token launches, NFT mints, on-chain economies, Web3 communities, or crypto-native growth campaigns.
Deep Web3 fluency
You understand NFTs, tokens, tokenomics, P2E models, DAOs, crypto community behavior, and what drives trust, hype, engagement, and conversion in Web3 audiences.
