Duties:

- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as Bacen, CVM, and LGPD.
- Hands-on experience in system implementation projects like SaaS, ERP, CRM.
- Proficiency in project and product management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
- Strong budget, resource, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills in cross-functional settings.
- Desired certifications include PMP, CSM, PSM, or similar.
