Senior QA Engineer - AI/LLM

Key Duties:

• Participate in the entire software development procedure, from scrutinizing requirements to devising test plans, carrying out testing, tracking defects, up to product deployment and upkeep.
• Develop comprehensive and efficient testing strategies and conduct hands-on tests to ensure the precision, dependability, and performance of AI and data-based applications.
• Conduct root cause analyses of test failures and product concerns proficiently and seek optimization for future enhancements.
• Conceive and establish internal tools utilizing AI technology to enhance the efficiency of engineering and testing operations.

Requirements:

• Possession of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in software Quality Assurance engineering.
• Proficiency in full-cycle testing involving test planning and both manual and automated execution.
• Proficient Java programming skills, with experience in automation or QA tool development.
• Sound comprehension of AI applications and LLM prompt engineering techniques, along with experience in LLM development or evaluation as a beneficial addition.
• Outstanding self-motivation, ownership mindset, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Enthusiasm for learning, along with a curious disposition towards AI and emerging LLM technologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
