Senior QA Engineer - Integration

This dynamic organization is seeking a knowledgeable QA Engineer (mid to senior level) to facilitate Integration Testing for their robust backend software stack. The role involves overseeing the testing life cycle, from test design to script development, integrations, and framework enhancements, with a priority on automation.

This full-time position offers hybrid work arrangements within the APAC region.

Expectations:

• Plan integration test scenarios for upcoming features and changes
• Conduct hands-on validation of test scenarios
• Create scripted python tests for the defined integration scenarios
• Identify areas for improvement in existing test scripts, prioritize enhancements, and implement changes
• Manage the integration test environment and related artifacts
• Strengthen the integration framework to enhance automation and reporting capabilities

Requisites:

• 3-6+ years of experience in backend QA engineering
• Proficiency in the entire testing process, from manual test design to script development and execution
• Strong familiarity with UNIX/Linux systems
• Proficient in scripting with Python and Bash
• Previous experience in testing backend services like APIs, Databases, and distributed services
• A problem-solving mindset and logical approach to troubleshooting
• Effective English communication skills
