Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement detailed test cases, test scripts, and automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.
• Lead testing endeavors for intricate features and crucial product segments, ensuring optimal reliability and performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to establish precise quality criteria and testing prerequisites.
• Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to formulate effective test strategies and plans.
• Detect, document, and track defects using test management tools, and advocate for prompt resolution with the development team.
• Develop and sustain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and scope of coverage.
• Provide guidance to junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing and process enhancements within the QA team.
• Stay informed on emerging QA technologies, tools, and trends, and integrate best practices into testing processes.
• Clearly communicate test results, risks, and quality status with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software quality assurance, with extensive exposure to various testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages like Selenium, Appium, JMeter, Python, and Java.
• Previous experience in API testing (REST, WebSocket) and knowledge of blockchain or fintech environments is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of agile development processes and CI/CD workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a collaborative work environment with a focus on continuous learning and interest in emerging AI technologies.
