Role Summary
We are in search of a senior recruiter to spearhead our global recruitment efforts for non-technical positions. As a key member of the Recruiting team, you will lead the full recruitment cycle, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for business and technology roles across all levels.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for established and emerging markets.
- Ensure a top-tier experience for candidates, hiring managers, and the talent acquisition team.
- Develop diverse talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Utilize expertise in the Web3 ecosystem to attract exceptional talent.
- Collaborate on initiatives to improve talent acquisition processes organization-wide.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house recruitment experience focusing on non-technical roles within the Web3 sector.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in the Web3 space.
- Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while prioritizing a positive candidate experience.
- Experience managing internal tools and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to provide data-driven insights.
