(Senior) Research Analyst / Writer

Responsibilities:

• Independently create research reports on current topics within the cryptocurrency industry, encompassing areas like crypto trading, blockchain technology, DeFi, NFTs, and gaming.
• Maintain a strong interest in the cryptocurrency sector, with previous knowledge or experience desired.
• Keep abreast of market trends in digital assets, tokenomics, and macroeconomic factors that impact the industry.
• Translate research findings for internal teams or third-party consumption when necessary.
• Assist with research partnerships when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred majors include Journalism, Literature, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Data disciplines).
• Preferably 1+ years of working experience, although not mandatory.
• Proficient writing skills, with the ability to communicate ideas concisely. Prior demonstration of a writing portfolio is preferred.
• High proficiency in English (either native speaker, educated in an English-medium institution, or can show proficiency through standardized tests like TOEFL or IELTS).
• Demonstrated capacity for ownership and independent work.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to generate basic data chart types (e.g., line chart, pie chart).
• (Desirable but not compulsory) Skills in data analysis such as Python, SQL, or Tableau.
