Description
We are seeking an intermediate level security specialist to join our Global Cybersecurity Services Team. The role will involve enhancing our security technology stack, developing AI-driven security automation workflows, and contributing to security operations and vulnerability management within our modern cybersecurity operating model.
We are in the process of establishing a contemporary, intelligence-driven security operations capability across multiple cloud platforms that heavily integrates AI and automation. This role will require a blend of engineering and operational skills at various levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement advanced cloud security controls for cloud and container environments to enhance the prevention, detection, and response to security threats.
- Lead incident response efforts, providing guidance during investigations and incidents with proficiency in using relevant open source and proprietary tools.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation playbooks for server configuration hardening in alignment with compliance frameworks.
- Conduct regular vulnerability scans utilizing industry standard tools in cloud environments, analyze results, and prioritize remediation based on risk and impact.
- Lead various security projects including Cloud Security Posture Management, Container Security, Runtime Vulnerability Management, and more.
- Manage cross-functional leadership and stakeholder relationships, mentor junior security specialists.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in Information Security with hands-on experience in various security domains.
- Proficiency in SIEM, EPP/EDR/XDR, SOAR, Cloud Security, Digital Forensics tools, and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Experience in container orchestration platforms such as Amazon EKS and Azure AKS.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in cybersecurity.
- Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages or programming.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with excellent communication skills.
