Your Impact
In the role of Security Program Manager at Notabene, you will be pivotal in protecting our digital assets, ensuring regulatory adherence, and fostering a robust security culture. Your efforts will directly uphold customer trust and enable our organization to securely navigate the evolving digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Oversee compliance and governance initiatives such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, and DORA
- Manage and optimize security tools and monitoring systems in coordination with engineering teams
- Lead vendor procurement processes, security assessments, and vendor management
- Develop and uphold security policies aligned with business objectives and industry standards
- Drive security awareness through employee training and cultural initiatives
- Manage endpoint security, access controls, and zero-trust infrastructure
- Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning with regular testing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of information security experience, with at least 2 years in a relevant security role
- Profound knowledge of security frameworks and regulations (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, DORA)
- Experience with security tools, SIEM systems, and vulnerability management
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining security programs
- Based in Europe or the US East Coast
- Experience in fintech or regulated industries
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in cloud security and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience in automation and security tool implementation
- Background in risk management or IT audit
