We are looking for an experienced Java Backend/Full Stack Developer to join our team in Bangalore. You will play a pivotal role in designing and constructing applications using the Genesis Platform, which boasts an impressive 80% reduction in development time to market for teams.

In this role, besides being a Java specialist involved in the lifecycle of product development using the Genesis Framework, we value individuals who are adaptable and open to new methodologies. Collaboration with various teams such as product owners, UI/UX developers, and core engineers will be crucial for understanding our business, services, and client requirements.
You will be comfortable with setting project milestones, tracking progress, and meeting tight deadlines to ensure successful project outcomes, efficient software releases, and the expected quality standards.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS THAT REFLECT OUR VALUES
We seek a Knowledge Seeker with 6.5 to 13 years of Java development experience, always eager to expand their knowledge beyond their primary role. Collaboration is key, so we value individuals who can lead discussions on optimizing operations and energize their colleagues. As a Fearless Technical Expert, you should possess high proficiency in Groovy, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, Vue, React, CSS/SaSS, WPF, as well as NoSQL and relational database systems.
