Role Responsibilities

As a team member, you will immediately be responsible for entire product aspects, from customer interaction to solution design, development using AI tools, deployment, and continuous improvements based on user feedback. You should possess a strong understanding of user-friendly software, have a customer-centric mindset, and the expertise to create robust systems that function effectively in a real-world environment. Moreover, you should have experience working with AI tools as part of your core workflow, be adept at navigating through ambiguity to find solutions, and be capable of guiding and collaborating with team members in code contributions utilizing AI.

What We Seek

Required

• Proven track record of delivering full-stack production software to end-users
• Routine utilization of AI coding tools as your primary method
• Strong product intuition and the ability to view features from a user perspective
• Sound knowledge of system architecture including API design, data modeling, cloud infrastructure, and tradeoffs in production
• Demonstrated experience in all stages of product development from identification to delivery
• Comfort working in uncertain environments and articulating technical concepts in simple language
• Proficient communication in remote setups

Preferred

• Familiarity with modern tech stacks like TypeScript, Python, React, and Node.js
• Experience in agentic workflows and interfacing with AI agents
• Background in sectors such as fintech, HR tech, or blockchain/crypto infrastructure
• Exposure to rapid daily shipping work environments
• Engagement with enterprise clients directly
