Senior Software Engineer, Custody

Seeking a skilled Senior Backend Developer for our Institutional Custody Team, dedicated to securing and managing digital assets while pioneering new custody solutions. We need someone proficient in high-security systems development to bolster our frameworks and drive innovative custody technologies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create and maintain backend services for cryptocurrency wallet solutions using Golang
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing systems to support digital assets transactions and custody
• Lead decision-making in system architecture, design patterns, and technology selections
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver comprehensive solutions, from product management to security experts
• Ensure high code quality through detailed testing, reviews, and adherence to best practices
• Stay informed on blockchain advancements and incorporate them into our products when relevant
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering continuous learning and growth

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Extensive background in backend development using Golang
• Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining cryptocurrency wallet solutions
• Proficiency in blockchain tech, cryptography, and secure coding practices
• Strong system architecture and design skills with the ability to make critical decisions
• Knowledge of various blockchain protocols and cloud services like AWS, GCP, Azure
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and proactive issue detection and resolution
• Good communication skills and effective teamwork abilities

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Multi-Party Computation (MPC) and advanced cryptographic techniques
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes

Salary Range: $142,400 to $178,000
