We are seeking a skilled individual to work with our team in designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing software for various project ventures. These projects are closely aligned with our core businesses and require rapid development with a lean team. You will play a key role in designing components for scalable applications, spanning from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Ensuring optimal performance of the entire stack including hardware, software, applications, and networks.
  • Investigating and resolving systemic and latent reliability issues in collaboration with software and DevOps engineers.
  • Improving availability, reliability, and observability through automation and tooling to reduce manual effort.
  • Leading and implementing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Representing the SRE team in system design reviews and operational readiness activities for new and existing services.

  • Proficiency in coding with Ruby and/or Go languages.
  • Knowledge of GitOps principles and tools like Github Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

  • Proven ability to build strong relationships, drive impact, and drive alignment.
  • Capability in designing fault-tolerant system architectures.
