Requirements: What We Look For In You

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proficiency in Python programming, including expertise in Python libraries and frameworks.
• Ability to work independently and handle complexity effectively while managing large amounts of information.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with RPA technologies or Python programming language, including technical documentation writing, documenting process flows/business requirements/API documentation/user guides.
• Technical aptitude to learn and understand relevant software systems and their impact on business processes.
• Experience in project management and service management lifecycle, particularly in IT implementations and UAT management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes, automated solution designs, and present technical details to a non-technical audience.
• Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously while delivering quality work in a timely manner.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll be Doing

• Identify and design business processes for automation based on process assessment.
• Gather business requirements from process owners and map work processes across various functions and departments.
• Set up, test, implement, and monitor automated workflows to ensure optimum efficiency and minimize the risk of errors.
• Monitor and maintain automation post-implementation, resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations.
• Produce process documentation, analyzing past mistakes and successes to refine and improve processes.
• Ensure high-quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and implement preventive measures against potential bugs.
• Utilize data analytics techniques to identify areas of improvement and innovation, analyzing conversation data and customer feedback.
• Work on requirement documentation, process flows, and other tasks such as solution design reviews, testing support, and deployment planning.
• Assist in additional projects related to process/tools improvements, code optimization, development, and automation maintenance for the global operations team.
