Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying talent to securing the best candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Lead the implementation of innovative recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and talent requirements.

Qualifications:
- Requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments experiencing significant growth.
- Proficiency in managing international recruitment processes across various regions, especially in specialized roles.
- Strong capabilities in overseeing the entire recruitment cycle for positions at different levels, from entry to executive roles.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders, offering expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners.
- Proficient in data analysis to make informed decisions and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
- Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively across international markets.
