Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our core team developing critical next-generation infrastructure for Solana. Your role involves accelerating engineering progress by ensuring that deployed code meets performance, reliability, and compliance standards. You will work closely with Jito Labs’ core engineers and other client teams, collaborating to build high-value testing frameworks tailored to Solana’s tech stack and ours.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with core engineers to tackle fast-paced challenges and create monitoring/testing infrastructure.
  • Set up and dismantle Solana clusters.
  • Develop synthetic load testing strategies for Solana clusters and Jito's core stack.
  • Design testing frameworks to provide impactful tests for new code developed by core engineers.

Preferred Backgrounds

The Jito Labs engineering team comprises multi-disciplinary engineers with backgrounds in fields such as Embedded Systems, Firmware, Operating Systems, Robotics, and HFT. Relevant experience in these areas can be beneficial.
