Circle - Third Party Risk Management Analyst
Circle, a leading fintech company at the forefront of the internet of money, is seeking a skilled Third Party Risk Management Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational support, conduct risk assessments, and drive process and technology improvements for our Third Party Risk Management program. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to complete the end-to-end third-party risk screening and assessment process.
Responsibilities:
As a Third Party Risk Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the Third Party Risk Management and Oversight Program.
- Reviewing incoming third-party engagement requests and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of risk profile information.
- Managing the pipeline of incoming requests and ensuring timely responses from third parties.
- Coordinating with cross-functional review teams to progress reviews and complete assessments.
- Following up with third parties to obtain missing information or clarification.
- Reviewing third-party responses and performing risk assessments.
- Monitoring and closing open issues and mitigation plans.
- Assisting with program and process documentation and risk remediation efforts.
- Implementing tools and automation to support effective third-party risk management.
- Managing key performance indicators and metrics for compliance and risk measurement.
- Providing TPRM reporting for management and committees.
- Developing and delivering training to build awareness of third-party risks and TPRM processes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience, preferably in banking, consulting, or cryptocurrency.
- 2+ years of experience in third-party risk management or relevant corporate experience.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
- Experience using TPRM systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Background in designing risk goals and KPIs for performance improvements.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to handle confidential information.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in digital currency and blockchain technology.
- Familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.
