Description
The Finance & Accounting team encompasses a variety of functions including Financial Control, Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Together, the team focuses on optimizing global finance initiatives, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail and multitasking across diverse project scopes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Extract and validate data from various reports and risk perspectives
- Continuously monitor digital asset balances at designated times and analyze movement
- Assist in preparing treasury reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Contribute to the development and streamlining of workflows
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage day-to-day tasks
- Support in completing ad hoc assignments as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or economics
- Relevant experience in banking, FinTech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain is a plus
- Proficient in basic data analysis and programming
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data, and adherence to procedures
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of Tableau, VBA, and Excel formulas is advantageous
