Senior Wallet Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive collaboration with various teams as a key figure in security discussions.
• Manage both internal and external security projects, ensuring project quality and addressing issues and risks.
• Collaborate closely with the wallet team and security engineers to design and implement new security features for web3 wallets.
• Research, organize, and develop project plans for web3 security functionalities.
• Design, implement, and oversee the security operations of web3 wallets in alignment with automation goals.
• Lead security response efforts in case of incidents and suggest structural enhancements for security products and protocols.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Agile project management and experience in web3-related roles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement innovative project plans.
• Experience in project or operational management, with a focus on driving initiatives and managing processes.
• Proven ability to see projects through from start to finish, effectively tracking progress and communicating within teams.
• Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing priorities and limited resources, and skilled at managing cross-functional dependencies.

Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in project and workstream management tools to organize and execute intricate, cross-functional projects.
• Ability to strategize and allocate tasks effectively to achieve project milestones timely.
• Knowledge of web3 security products and ideally prior experience in the crypto or fintech industry.
• Understanding of web3 security concepts such as phishing, address poisoning, scam airdrops, and contract auditing.
