With the backing of esteemed investors like Tiger Global, Sequoia, and Consensys, we are trusted by over 300 organizations managing assets worth over $1B. We are preparing to launch Coinshift Personal - a secure and user-friendly smart wallet offering high yields. We are seeking a skilled social media professional to elevate our brand presence on Twitter and LinkedIn.
Note: Only candidates in the EMEA time zones (Europe/Middle East) will be considered. North American candidates will not be considered at this time.
Responsibilities
As the Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for developing and expanding Coinshift Personal's footprint on Twitter and LinkedIn. Your role will involve enhancing community engagement, shaping the brand voice, creating compelling content, and collaborating closely with company leadership. You will work with content creators, partner with agencies, and devise innovative strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities - Within the First 6 Months
- Significantly increase our Twitter presence, enhance engagement, and ensure alignment with our core values.
- Manage end-to-end launch campaigns with partners, ensure transparency by creating templates and guidelines for stakeholders.
- Grow Twitter and LinkedIn followers using viral and value-packed content appealing to DeFi enthusiasts.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, work with agencies, and experiment with engaging formats like threads, Spaces, and infographics.
Key Responsibilities - Within 1 Year
- Position Coinshift as a leading authority in RWAs, drive engagement through community-led initiatives, airdrop announcements, and strategic content fostering brand loyalty.

- Deep passion for DeFi with extensive knowledge of the industry, major players, and trends.
- Proactive approach with a keen ability to take initiative and drive social media strategies independently.
- Strong organizational and strategic skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and integrating creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Proven track record of growing social media presence for a DeFi project, adept at boosting engagement and fostering community growth.
Compensation
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 annually + Equity
Qualifications
We are seeking a social media growth specialist with previous experience in scaling social media for a DeFi protocol. The ideal candidate can plan for long-term growth while also achieving immediate wins.
