About the Role:
Join our dynamic Global Growth Team at OKX tasked with developing experiences that attract and retain new customers.
In collaboration with the expanding social media team, you will drive global brand awareness initiatives and oversee product marketing strategies for customer acquisition and retention. With a focus on engaging with customers through social media platforms, the social team strives to promote various aspects of the business through compelling content.
As the Senior Social Media Manager, you will report to the OKX Social Media Director and play a pivotal role in expanding our global social presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams on content optimization and social media initiatives to further business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create daily content for Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, particularly focusing on product content
- Lead operational tasks to ensure smooth operation of social media activities
- Manage multiple social media distribution requests, align expectations, and prioritize the editorial calendar
- Collaborate with the brand team to creatively showcase brand moments
- Partner with product marketing to highlight key product features to target audiences
- Support various social team initiatives, optimize content, and capitalize on emerging trends to grow each channel
- Analyze crucial marketing metrics, particularly social media analytics
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in social media management
- Familiarity with the crypto market
- Proven ability to grow and engage communities on Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, & LinkedIn
- Experience creating compelling social media content
- Strong emotional intelligence and leadership skills
- Capacity to blend creativity with data-driven insights
- Strong project management skills with an ownership mentality and detail-oriented approach
- Dedication to task completion before moving on to the next project
- Efficient project management and time management skills
