Description
Takadao is searching for a talented Social Media Manager who can contribute to building an impactful and engaged social media presence for our products and services on the Web3. The Social Media Manager will manage the social media team, creating high-quality original content and campaigns, understanding industry trends and being active within the Web3 community. They will also manage our community by responding to comments, and overseeing our engagement across all platforms.
This is a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
● Managing the social media team
● Formulating a high-quality strategy for written and visual Web3 content for each social media campaign
● Featuring in and creating engaging content (video, audio) across socials
● Editing posts (text, image, and video) for social media
● Reviewing posts to maintain brand guidelines
● Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in Web3 social media, design tools, and application
● Monitoring the company's brand on social media and reporting on key metrics
● Creating impact by maintaining a solid online presence
● Running company social media accounts
● Responding to comments on each of our accounts
Job Requirements:
● Minimum of 2-3 years of in Web3 social media marketing
● Hands-on experience in content creation and management (text, image, and video)
● Is comfortable featuring in company content
● Familiar with Web3 lingo
● Preferably has experience managing a small team
● Preferably has experience with working online remotely
● Preferably is active in the Web3 social media space
● Preferably has an understanding of Islamic finance
● Experience developing social media strategies
● Enjoys taking initiatives and leading campaigns
● Understanding of graphic design principles
● Ability to measure the success of campaigns
● Works independently
● Excellent communication skills
● Analytical and multitasking skills
● BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
● Has access to and can use all social media platforms
● Performs well in a dynamic and high pressure environment
